Beautiful Flowers

Tuesday, August 12, 2008

The time for the second part of my summer vacation is getting closer.
Hubby and I will probably leave on Thursday afternoon if I manage to get everything ready by then. I've still got some ironing to do and I haven't packed anything so there's still much to do.
But, of course instead of doing my chores, I am sitting here and making a new entry because I've just finished a brand new freebie!!! :)
I'm quite please with how my new flowers came out!
This new freebie contains 6 flowers:

2 versions of my mouse-drawn cherry blossom flower
and 4 others made with the use of shapes and SBP presets.
Click on the preview below for a full view and check the awesome details on the flowers!!

All elements are in .png format.
My TOU and the credits are also included.

Freebie: Hand-drawn flowers

Monday, April 21, 2008

Robin asked about my first scrap flowers freebie.
Well, I've been thinking if I should offer it as a freebie or not.
It's something completely original and 100% made by me, since it is a hand-drawn flower which I scanned, fixed in PSP and recolored.
I've seen so many same elements going around from blog to blog, not sure if those identical bows etc, were made using a tutorial or not; but hey I am trying to be original and make my own things.
Surely, from time to time I use shapes and plugins and stuff but I also like to make something completely different than everybody else does. Ok sure, I can tube jewelry or bows and ribbons and offer them as elements but that is not original and not my own creation.
My blog is still new and unknown but I hope that those who are looking for original items will enjoy what I have to offer :)
So, without any further ado, here is a preview of my hand-drawn flowers:

This freebie is rather on the big side and it includes 12 flowers of different colors.
Please remember to share ONLY my blog link and not the download link.
Also, don't forget to leave me a little note; thank you!
